Responsibilities for internet sales manager
- Present, promote and sell products/services to prospective customers
- Continuously develop and enhance sales skills, system skills, technical skills and customer service skills through on-going training
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Hold yourself and others to high moral and ethical standards and conduct yourself with honesty and integrity
- Manage lead generation process
- Maintain a high CSI score
- Ensure proper follow up of all prospective buyers by developing, implementing and monitoring a CRM system
- Forecast goals and objectives for sales and gross on monthly basis
- Increase sales volume and gross retention
- Working with digital advertising companies to increase digital traffic and leads
Perform pre-delivery inspection and road test before delivery to customer
Deliver vehicles to customers after purchase. This process ensures that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty and paperwork, and it lays the foundation for customer loyalty.

Qualifications for internet sales manager
- Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs
- Able to influence through strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Previous automotive sales management experience preferred
- Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment
- Needs to have a positive, aggressive attitude
- Bilingual always a Plus
This is a non-exempt hourly or commission, whichever is more, based position.
